Implemented at the start of the 2018-2019 school year, IncidentIQ has become an integral part of the IT service process. Each help desk request is logged - helping us to manage the hardware, software & systems that you depend on for teaching and learning. Users can even create their own ticket - try it next time you need assistance! Use the “Technology Support/Tickets” green button on the Faculty/Staff links page.
