Technology Support (Help Desk) Ticketing system: incident IQ

The IncidentIQ ticketing system is now being used by the IT Dept to track your support requests and needs so we can serve you better. As you call the Help Desk, a new ticket will be opened for you in IIQ.  The tool is very easy to use and we encourage you to explore it at your leisure. Feel free to continue to call the Help Desk at North and West as usual and if you would rather submit your own ticket use this link.
