Using Open Education Resources (OER) in Your Courses

image OER are teaching, learning, and research resources that reside in the public domain or have been released under an intellectual property license that permits their free use or re-purposing by others, often released under Creative Commons licenses. Open educational resources include full courses, course materials, textbooks, streaming videos, tests and any other tools, materials, or techniques used to support access to knowledge. These resources may often be easily imported or linked to a Moodle course or web page. Check out a list of OER Resources on the District 219 PDC website.
